Post #2 More Production Photos

We received additional photos today of the RV on the production line. It is scheduled to go to the paint shop Monday.

It is scheduled to be out of the paint shop on Thursday May 18th. I hope to post more pictures before it is shipped to California.

The purpose of this blog is to document our new RV from it's design, order, construction, modifications, breakdowns, road trip adventures and everything else in between. We hope you enjoy the journey with us. 

After enjoying over 10 years with our 2007 Winnebago Sightseer 29R, we decided it was time to sell it and custom order a brand new 2017 Newmar Canyon Star 3513. This will be our 6th new RV since 1997. We ordered our Newmar back in early March 2017 because they only had 7 chassis remaining to build new 2017 units. Our original estimated delivery date is June 6, 2017.

This is what is looks like with original factory Dellwood exterior colors.

Today we received some photos of our new RV during production. It may not look like much now, but we are getting really excited.

We almost added every option available and made many additional modifications to the interior selections such as upholstery, window treatments, cabinets, counter tops and most importantly the exterior colors. When it is complete, it will look something like the photo below. We used the same Dellwood factory exterior colors but just rearranged them. 

The example photo does not do it justice. We think it will look awesome.
